Tomasz Janicki

Professional experience

Co-founder JS Doradcy. Tax adviser entered on the list of tax advisers in the Masovian Branch of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers under number 10512. He graduated with distinction in Law, from University of Warsaw as well as Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is also a graduate of the German Law School.

He has comprehensive knowledge and over 10 years of experience in providing tax advisory services for domestic and foreign clients. Tomasz also has many years of experience in advising in the field of economic law.

In the years 2004-2009 he worked in the banking and financial group of an international consulting company, implementing and coordinating at that time a number of projects – from ongoing consulting to comprehensive projects of restructuring bank and insurance companies.

Specializations

In his day-to-day work he specializes in ongoing tax advisory, with particular emphasis on: VAT, income taxes and CLT, taxation of real estate services, financial services, tax aspects of transactions and restructuring, tax reliefs, subsidies and new technologies as well as international taxes and tax planning

He conducted numerous trainings, mainly for accounting departments, in the field of VAT and corporate income tax.

He has considerable practical knowledge about the functioning of many industries, acquired not only during the provision of advisory services but also while performing the duties of supervisory boards member of joint-stock companies, including those listed on the WSE.

Tomasz was also the attorney of entrepreneurs in a number of tax and court proceedings.

Tomasz was elected the Best Tax Advisor 2011 in the Income Taxes category in the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna ranking.
